Following the disruptions caused by COVID-19, Stanford's campus life faced significant challenges in maintaining its vibrant, inclusive community spirit. Students struggled with the disappearance of hallmark traditions and a shift towards a more exclusive social life. Recognizing the need for change, I joined the Associated Students of Stanford University (ASSU) to help address these issues

Key Projects:

Row Programming Board: Established to fund and support student-planned all-campus events, fostering inclusivity and providing safe, fun alternatives to Greek Life events. Successfully enabled 45 events with approximately 9,000 attendees.

All-Campus Traditions: Revitalized Stanford's quirky traditions by organizing events like Full Moon on the Quad and Farm Fridays, engaging around 5,000 students.

FLiCKS: Reintroduced Sunday night film screenings, consistently attracting around 500 students per showing, filling a gap in weekend programming.

Dining Accessibility in Evenings: Advocated for additional late-night, affordable food options and community spaces, ensuring implementation of plans for late-night dining at three dining halls.

Event and Community Space: Proposed the ASSU Student Spaces Proposal, improving access to event spaces and piloting the use of Tressider Oak Lounge for student events.

Undergraduate Housing: Worked with university leadership to address housing concerns and reallocate event funding for better student engagement.

Redesigned Party Registration: Streamlined the registration process, reducing unnecessary burdens on students.

My primary role involved designing and developing advanced tools for data collection, which were integral to our research efforts

Tool Design and Development:

I designed and created sophisticated data collection tools that enabled our team to gather precise and comprehensive data on environmental factors. These tools were crucial for monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of MEER's strategies in mitigating climate change.
